92dado Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Members

These Terms apply to all members of 92dado, regardless of the device or method used to access the platform. They cover casino gaming, sports betting, virtual sports, esports betting, promotional offers, payment transactions and all other services offered by 92dado. Where specific game rules, bonus terms or promotions contain additional conditions, those conditions supplement these Terms and both apply simultaneously.

92dado reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is revised. Continued use of 92dado after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for members based in Pakistan. The applicable currency for all transactions at 92dado is the Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Where any translation of these Terms exists, the English version takes precedence in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 92dado. This requirement is absolute — there are no exceptions. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 92dado may request age verification documentation at any time. If we determine that a member is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all gameplay will be voided and any deposits will be returned, minus any amounts already withdrawn as winnings.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account at 92dado. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with the same mobile number, email address, national identity information, payment method, device or household — are prohibited. If 92dado identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be withheld until the investigation is resolved.

If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact [email protected] immediately. Self-reported duplicates are treated considerably more favourably than discovered ones.

You are required to provide accurate, current and truthful information at registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and any payment details requested. 92dado uses this information to process transactions and comply with its Know Your Customer obligations. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withholding of funds and permanent ban from the platform.

92dado may request identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of mobile wallet ownership or confirmation of bank account details. Verification is typically requested before large withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

92dado accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your account status and the amount being deposited. 92dado does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

The minimum deposit at 92dado is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Your account dashboard shows your current applicable limits. Members who wish to increase their deposit limits may contact our support team — higher limits may require additional verification.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited. If 92dado identifies a third-party deposit, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your 92dado balance within seconds to two minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business hour depending on your bank. Card deposits are typically processed within five minutes. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number — do not attempt the deposit again until the first transaction is confirmed as failed.

Withdrawals at 92dado are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure applied consistently across the platform. Withdrawals exceeding the deposited amount via a given method will be processed to your nominated bank account following identity verification.

92dado targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts withdrawing via Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfers typically complete within one to three business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. 92dado does not charge members a fee for standard withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 92dado is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum on withdrawal amounts for verified accounts, though individual transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected. Contact support to discuss large withdrawal arrangements in advance.

Withdrawals cannot be processed while active bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete. If you have an active bonus at 92dado, you must either complete the wagering requirement or forfeit the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings before a withdrawal request will be processed. Your account dashboard shows your current wagering requirement status at all times.

92dado reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is not a routine requirement for standard withdrawals on verified accounts but may be triggered by unusual activity, first-time large withdrawals or discrepancies in account information. Withdrawals will be held pending until satisfactory documentation is received.

All bonuses and promotional offers at 92dado are subject to specific terms that include a wagering requirement, an eligible game list, a time limit and a maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer. By claiming a bonus at 92dado, you confirm acceptance of its specific terms.

92dado takes bonus abuse seriously. Patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematically targeting promotions with the intent of generating guaranteed profit rather than playing for entertainment — will result in bonus cancellation, withdrawal of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure. 92dado uses automated monitoring to detect these patterns.

Members may hold only one active bonus at 92dado at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. If a new bonus is claimed while another is active, the earlier bonus will be forfeited along with any wagering progress and associated winnings. Always complete your active bonus before claiming a new one, or contact support if you wish to cancel an active bonus before claiming a replacement.

Minimum bet amounts at 92dado are Rs 100 for sports betting and virtual sports, and Rs 10 per spin for slots. Maximum stakes vary by game, market and account tier. 92dado reserves the right to apply maximum win caps on individual bets. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface.

Sports bets at 92dado are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition, as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was placed and subsequently concluded. Virtual sports bets settle immediately upon completion of the simulation. Casino game results are final once the round is completed and displayed on screen.

If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly and demonstrably incorrect due to a system error, human error or data feed malfunction, 92dado reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the member's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled. "Clearly incorrect" refers to odds that are materially outside normal market prices for the event in question — not simply odds that a member considers unfavourable in hindsight.

A bet at 92dado may be voided if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without an official result; the event does not meet minimum qualifying criteria (e.g., minimum overs in cricket); the relevant selection is non-runner or withdrawn before the event starts (in the case of racing); or a technical fault is confirmed as having affected the outcome. Voided bets have stakes returned to the member's balance.

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the 92dado platform
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or software errors to generate winnings — any such winnings will be voided
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Using insider information not available to the general public to place sports bets at 92dado
• Engaging in matched betting across multiple accounts to guarantee profit from promotions
• Attempting to launder money or use 92dado to process funds from illegal activity
• Impersonating another person or creating an account using someone else's identity documents
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 92dado staff or other members via any communication channel

All casino games and virtual sports at 92dado operate on independently certified Random Number Generator systems. Outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated or reversed after the result is displayed. Any claim that a game outcome was manipulated by 92dado will require independent technical review — frivolous complaints of this nature may be noted on the member's account record.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92dado login credentials. Do not share your username, password or OTP codes with anyone — including people claiming to be 92dado staff. 92dado will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email or phone. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

Any activity conducted on your 92dado account prior to you reporting a security breach to us is considered authorised under these Terms. Once a breach is reported, 92dado will investigate and, where fraud is confirmed, take appropriate action. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

An account at 92dado is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. A monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after this period. You will receive at least one email notification before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — all member rights are restored upon reactivation.

92dado collects personal data from members for the specific purpose of operating accounts, processing transactions and fulfilling legal obligations. The data we collect includes your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, payment method details and activity logs. 92dado uses cookies and analytics tools to improve the platform experience, monitor performance and detect fraudulent activity. By using 92dado, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. You may manage cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the 92dado platform.

92dado is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Every member has access to the following tools at no charge:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) — set in your account settings
• Session time reminders — configurable in account settings
• Cooling-off periods — temporary access suspension from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion — permanent or time-limited exclusion from the 92dado platform
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen notifications of session duration and net winnings/losses

Members who activate self-exclusion at 92dado are removed from all promotional marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion. 92dado aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications issues or factors outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. 92dado is not liable for losses arising from inability to access the platform during such periods, provided reasonable notice is given where possible for scheduled maintenance.

In all circumstances, 92dado's maximum liability to any individual member in connection with a claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of the member's account balance at the time the claim arises. 92dado is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages under any circumstances. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

92dado may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications and non-material corrections may be updated without advance notice. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page with the "Last Updated" date prominently displayed.

Continued use of 92dado after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any change, your remedy is to stop using 92dado and close your account. Outstanding balances will be returned to your registered payment method in accordance with our standard withdrawal process.
